Took my daughters out for a girl's night in the city! We absolutely enjoyed our time here. We were upgraded and had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with a balcony and bath tub. We made the most of the amenities, used the washer/clothes dryer to wash our swimming togs after using the swimming pool! Pool access through the gym was very different, but, the pool was great, large size with a view. The Sauna was lovely. We had a great view from the balcony in our room and room service was quick and easy. The location was amazing for a night in the city, with cheap parking available nearby and walking distance to lots of good restaurants along Southbank.

This is an ideal location for anyone wanting to be close to the Melbourne conference centre and/or the CBD /arts precincts and/or South Melbourne. Taxi/Uber pick up/drop off was easy due to the foyer opening out to Fawkner Street which is relatively quiet. My room was well laid out with a full kitchen and very comfy bed. The restaurant had delicious food and all the hotel staff were very helpful. The super clean and inviting pool, gym and sauna on the 10th floor were an appreciated bonus. I was travelling as a single woman and felt very safe and cared for at WRAP.

This is a really nice place we had a one bedroom apartment it was so lovely as it was just myself and my daughter I wanted a place that had everything in one so we didn’t need to go out at night. It had on site parking, restaurant that did breakfast and dinner and room service as well as a pool would definitely stay again

The city view 1 bedroom apartment was great! The views are amazing, day and night. Great facilities- dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bed is very comfortable. Beautiful hot shower. The body products supplied smell amazing. Lovely restaurant downstairs- though $5 added on for room service???? Great location with supermarket a 5 minute walk away as was the Skydeck, restaurants and cafes. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't be in a hurry to catch the lift- it takes a while when there's 40 floors.

The location is so handy to all the eateries on the river and if needing to go out of the city, it was located perfectly to connect to the motorway. The one bed apartment room was perfect with brand new carpet & having a front loader washer/dryer was super helpful. Full views of the city with floor to ceiling glass windows in all rooms. Bedroom was huge with plenty of space for luggage and had a 3 bay wardrobe - huge! Smaller balcony with a one bed apartment but big enough for x2-4 and great views of the NYE fireworks.

I loved the upgrade we received to a superior room that was very spacious and clean. The balcony views were wonderful ! Views of city lights from our bedroom were amazing. Lovely decore...the apartment had everything we needed plus more. Fabulous location within walking distance to the Crown casino esplanade with wonderful restaurants such as Crinitis Southbank ..5 🌟 Quick 2 minute tram ride to the heart of Melbourne if you didn't feel like walking. The hotel arranged our parking..so convenient. Loved the entire experience and will stay here every time we visit Melbourne. Recommend to all AAA+++

Perfect location, staff were very kind and helpful, answered all questions politely and would always smile. I would definitely stay here again, they upgraded our room for free as well. Views were amazing from the rooms and balcony, very pretty apartments. Hotel also kept your luggage for you if you came too early and didn’t want to walk around with your bag before check in and after check out.
